Should you decide to opt-out of Chit Chats Insurance, please be aware that Chit Chats is not liable for any loss or damage upon receipt of the shipment.
You need to be signed in to your account on ChitChats.com.
Step 1: Go to Settings (left sidebar navigation) > Click Shipping
Step 2: Find Chit Chats Insurance section > To opt-out of insurance, select "I want to manually add insurance to my shipments"
Congrats! Your insurance option is successfully saved.
Please note that when selecting this option, by default, all shipments you create will no longer have insurance pre-selected. However, you will still have the option to add insurance to applicable shipments as you create them.
Chit Chats' Refund Policy
Chit Chats will not, under any circumstances, be liable for loss of or damage to any goods and you agree to waive any claim to refunds for lost or damaged goods unless you have purchased adequate insurance from Chit Chats to cover loss and damages. In the event Chit Chats becomes liable to you for loss or damage, in no event shall the aggregate liability to Chit Chats for any and all claims exceed the actual amount of revenue Chit Chats earned on your product purchase.
Chit Chats offers postage options for clients who use our shipping services. In the event that postage is purchased through Chit Chats and you choose to use an alternate shipping service, any delivery fees incurred through Chit Chats will not be refunded to you.
