Currently, only fully tracked postage options purchased on our site are eligible for Chit Chats Insurance. At this time, insurance is not available for the following:
- Partially tracked or non-tracked services.
- Postage purchased outside of the Chit Chats platform
- Select countries and items as indicated by the Insurer
Please note that the following postage options are not insurable on the Chit Chats platform:
- Chit Chats International Standard
- Asendia Priority Airmail
- USPS First Class Mail (Letter & Flat)
- USPS First Class Mail International
- USPS First Class Package International (select countries*)
*Chit Chats Insurance will only be available for shipments with destinations on USPS's list of countries with delivery confirmation as these shipments would be considered fully tracked.
Chit Chats' Refund Policy
Chit Chats will not, under any circumstances, be liable for loss of or damage to any goods and you agree to waive any claim to refunds for lost or damaged goods unless you have purchased adequate insurance from Chit Chats to cover loss and damages. In the event Chit Chats becomes liable to you for loss or damage, in no event shall the aggregate liability to Chit Chats for any and all claims exceed the actual amount of revenue Chit Chats earned on your product purchase.
Chit Chats offers postage options for clients who use our shipping services. In the event that postage is purchased through Chit Chats and you choose to use an alternate shipping service, any delivery fees incurred through Chit Chats will not be refunded to you.
