For those platforms that we currently don't have a direct integration on, we created a tool that can help convert the data into our Chit Chats CSV format, which can then be imported on the platform.
In order to use this tool you would need a Google Account with access to Google Sheets.

At this moment the tool supports the CSV export format from only.

Convert CSV into Chit Chats CSV

The process consists in 3 steps:

  • export data from Stamps
  • convert data into Chit Chats CSV format
  • import Chit Chats CSV file on the platform

Export data in CSV format

  1. Log in to your Stamps account.
  2. Go to Orders
  3. Select desired orders you would like to export
  4. Click on the Export icon
  5. Select appropriate option
  6. Click Export button
  7. Save the file to your desktop or somewhere you can easily locate it.

Convert file into Chit Chats CSV format

  1. Login to your Google Account.
  2. Go to our tool that converts into Chit Chats CSV format.
  3. Make a copy by selecting File > Make a copy... menu option. You only need to do this once; your copy of our tool can be used for multiple conversions.
  4. Click on the Upload File button
  5. Provide necessary permissions to the script attached to the sheet (only need to be done once)
  6. A pop-up with a form will be displayed:
    a. Click Choose File button and select the exported file downloaded from
    b. Optionally, type in a Description and Value in USD that will be used for all shipments (this information is not provided by the exported file from Stamps)
    c. Click Start Upload
    d. Close the pop-up from the upper right corner
  7. Click on the Convert button, and wait for the script to finish execution (there will be a yellow notification displayed)
  8. Go to the Output tab
  9. Download as CSV format from File > Downloads as > Comma-separated values (.csv, current sheet) menu option
  10. Save the file to your desktop or somewhere you can easily locate it.

Import Chit Chats CSV into the platform

Once the file is saved, go to Upload a file page within your account and follow the instructions on screen.

Once the issues are solved, your shipments will upload and be added to your account, under a new or existing batch (based on what you selected during the import). As you have already provided postage information, all shipments should be in Ready state, which means they can can be dropped off at one of our locations.
