You may not be able to see Chit Chats Canada Tracked as a postage option for your shipment for any of the following reasons.

Unsupported package type (shipment lacks dimensions)

Shipments requiring Canadian postage need to include both weight and dimensions, even for shipments under 1 lb. Some package types do not support dimensions (i.e. letter and envelope) and as a result, you may not see these options for Chit Chats Canada Tracked. 

You will be required to enter the weight and dimensions for all of your Canadian parcels or thick envelopes. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the weight and dimensional limits for this and other services. Dimensional weight may apply.

Weight and dimensions are too large or too small

Make sure the weight and dimensions of your shipment are within the limits for the carrier. If any one measurement is too large (or the combined measurements are too large), you will not be able to receive a postage rate.  Similarly shipments under 100 g will need to be rounded up to 100 g in order to get a postage rate.

Additionally, some carriers expect dimensions to be input in a certain way. For example, our Chit Chats Canada Tracked service expects length to be the greatest dimension that you enter. If you are not seeing rates, you may need to reorder how you’ve entered your shipment's dimensions. 

Ex. A shipment with length x width x depth = 4 x 4 x 72 may need to be represented as 72 x 4 x 4.

Unsupported service

Additional services like signature confirmation or carrier supplied packaging are not currently available for our Chit Chats Canada Tracked service. Selecting these services will remove the Chit Chats Canada Tracked service from your postage options.
