Tracking numbers are generated for postage created in your Chit Chats account at the time of purchase, with the exception of Chit Chats International Standard and Chit Chats Canada Tracked shipments.
Chit Chats International Standard*
This service does not include carrier tracking thus, no tracking number is generated for these shipments. Information on the shipment will be tied to the shipment ID. Electronic tracking will end once Chit Chats releases the shipment to the carrier.
Chit Chats Canada Tracked
Please note that tracking numbers for these shipments are uploaded to your account by the end of the business day following when we’ve received the shipments. If you have not received a tracking number for your shipment after one business day*, please try using Chit Chats’ Public Tracking Portal.
* 2 business days for shipments dropped off at our Surrey, 3 business days for AC & QC shipments.
Sometimes technical issues may prevent tracking numbers from correctly displaying in your account. To troubleshoot, search for your shipment at chitchats.com/tracking using any of the following:
- Recipient Name
- Recipient Postal Code
- Shipment ID
