While we've made it our mission to help entrepreneurs live their dreams, anyone can sign up and take advantage of Chit Chats’ low shipping rates! When you ship with Chit Chats, you have the option of creating either a business or personal account.
If you are shipping with Chit Chats on behalf of a business, you can indicate this when signing up for an account or at any time in your account settings. Settings (left sidebar) > Account > Business Information. You will be asked for your business name that is a minimum of two characters long, a brief description of your business and links to your website or online store. A business licence is not a requirement. Contact our support team if you have trouble with switching your account type.
If you do not own a business, you may choose to sign up for a personal account instead. Many clients use this option to economically ship items to family and friends in the U.S. and abroad. Currently our Chit Chats Canada Tracked and Slim services are not available for personal accounts.
