What is the estimated window for my pickup?

While our third party partner couriers do not provide a firm pickup window, pickups will generally occur in the afternoon during business hours.

Why can’t I schedule a pickup for today?

If the option to schedule a same-day pickup is unavailable, you may have missed the cut-off for that day. Same-day pickups can only be scheduled before 11:00 a.m. local time on the day of the pickup. It is also possible that the pickup service is unavailable for this particular day. Currently, third party courier pickups are not available on weekends and availability may be subject to holidays.

When will my package be delivered to Chit Chats?

You can find a delivery estimate for your consolidated shipments in the details for your pickup. This estimated delivery date is based on distance but typically ranges between one and three business days.

How can I track my consolidated packages?

A third party tracking number will be provided for your consolidated shipments. You can find this number on the pickup label for your shipments.

I didn’t receive my pickup. What do I do?
