Over the last year and a half we have been working hard to build and transition clients to our new platform. The new platform is designed to help us keep our rates low and be able to add much needed services that help Canadian businesses thrive.

As you know, all shipments bound for or passing through the United States must go on a manifest that is given to the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA) at the time of crossing.
The equivalent of "manifesting" concept from legacy system is to create/import your shipments (see instructions below) on your account. Once we receive your shipments, we'll generate the manifest on your behalf using the information provided for each shipment.
To use our new platform you will need to create a new account. We recommend using the same email address associated with your legacy account (Google Sign In available) or to add your manifest name to your sign-up so for a seamless transition.
How to use the new platform
- Create an account
- Add credits to your account (or pay in-store with cash or debit)
- Import your shipments (instructions below)
- Print batch label
- Drop off or have your shipments ready for pick-up. Staff will receive your shipments by scanning the batch label

We recommend keeping your existing platform to purchase postage (e.g. Stamps, Endicia, Ebay, etc) and import your shipments using one of the available processes.
We currently support the following integrations:
If your platform is not listed above, you can use our simplified CSV format. This format is very similar to the existing Google sheet manifest. You will have to convert your orders to this format before importing.
Last but not least, if you want to fully automate your integration with Chit Chats you can use our API.
