Yes, Chit Chats’ pickup service is available subject to approval. Chit Chats offers scheduled daily or weekly pickups from client locations within our service area. If you are located outside of our service area, we recommend mailing-in your shipments to us or scheduling a third party courier pickup.

Eligibility for new pickup inquiries is determined by shipment volumes, location and past shipping history. Depending on your region and volume, our pickup service fees will apply. Currently same day pickup requests are not available. 

To check eligibility for Chit Chats’ pickup service, please contact support@chitchats.com with the following details:

  • Company name and client ID
  • Full address (with postal code)
  • Estimated daily or weekly volume of U.S. bound shipments
  • The weekday(s) you would like to request our pickup service for

Please allow approximately two business days for our team to process new pickup inquiries*. We will contact you once we have reviewed your request. 

*Note: Currently our Ontario pickup service is at full capacity. New additions to our routes will be limited at this time.
