Unfortunately, we do not have the capability to create return labels for any of the carriers on our platform at this time. This is because we use region-specific induction addresses to calculate zone-specific postage rates, to quickly provide you with the best rates.
The induction address differs from the return address that is displayed on the label. It is an address used for the carrier’s reference and not for the return of undeliverable shipments.
Changing your return address on our platform will not alter the induction address of your shipments and the postage amount for shipments created in this way will be incorrect.
If you would like to include return postage in your shipments for your recipient, you will need to provide postage from outside of our platform.
