Some shippers provide their customers with return postage labels in case a recipient needs to initiate a customer return. Currently, return labels for recipients cannot be created through your Chit Chats account.
Postage purchased on the Chit Chats platform uses a region-specific induction address to calculate the best zone-based postage rates for your shipments. This induction address is not the same as the return address and cannot be altered for our postage. Changing the return address in your account for the purpose of creating a return postage label will result in the incorrect postage rate being applied.
If you would like to send your recipients return labels for their shipments, you will need to provide postage labels from outside of our platform.
