The pandemic has caused an increase in shipping volumes that many carriers have been juggling since March. With the onset of holiday shipping volumes on the horizon, Canada Post is anticipating higher than normal peak volumes along with transit delays. Due to this, they have mandated a volume capacity limit that restricts the number of shipments they will accept from their shipping partners. For this reason we are temporarily suspending our Canadian shipping services for new accounts.
This limitation will be in place until mid-January and we will continue to monitor this on a weekly basis. We understand that this is not ideal given the busy holiday season but we are doing our best to manage current volumes under the capacity limit.
At this time our Canada & Domestic Tracked service will not be available to all accounts. However, we will be sure to provide an update should anything change and notify you when these restrictions are lifted.
