Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate recipients picking up shipments from our locations. Once we receive shipments at one of our branches, they are quickly processed and sorted for release to our partner carriers.

Each carrier is different but most will deliver shipments to either your front door or your mailbox. If you are located in an apartment or office building, your shipment may be left in a parcel locker or with the front desk.

If it is unsafe to deliver, the carrier may leave a notice card instead. This card will let you know when and where you can collect your shipment from e.g. local post office or pickup point. 

Other times you may expect a shipment to be delivered to a post office is for the purpose of paying fees related to shipping like postage due or taxes and duties for international shipments.
