Yes, you can pick up shipments at a Chit Chats Locker or branch in your area if your shipment was sent with Chit Chats Collect, our on-site pickup service. Chit Chats Collect is the only service that offers pickup from a Chit Chats location. 

Our other services like Chit Chats Select will deliver your shipment directly to the destination address.

Chit Chats drop spots are not eligible as pickup points for Chit Chats Collect.


Chit Chats Collect makes use of our network to expedite shipments across Canada for you to pick up at a time that suits your needs. You’ll receive a notification by email or SMS with a link to reserve a pickup window once your shipment is available. When you are ready to pick up your shipment: 

  • Visit the branch with your shipment ID along with your name or 
  • Scan your barcode or enter the PIN at a Chit Chats Locker

You will have seven days to collect your shipment or extend the pickup date. If you have not picked up your shipment after seven days, we will return it to the sender.

Can I collect my shipment outside of the branch’s hours of operation?

Not at this time. You’ll need to pick up your shipment from our branch or locker during the location’s hours of operation. We will hold your shipment for seven days. During holidays, there may be special hours and processing.

If you have a locker reservation, please collect your shipment during your reserved window for the smoothest pickup experience.

What if I cannot make it in to pick up my shipment during the branch hours of operation?

We understand that plans change and you might not be able to make your pickup window. You can simply reschedule your locker reservation or contact our Client Support team to extend the pickup window if picking up from a branch.

If we don’t hear from you within seven business days, we’ll return the shipment to your seller. You’ll need to reach out to them to coordinate the return or reshipping of your item.

I haven’t received a pickup notification, what do I do now?

If we haven’t reached out to let you know that your shipment is ready to pick up, it could still be in transit to the branch or locker. Review the estimated delivery time and check if there are any active service delays impacting your shipment.  

If it’s beyond the estimated delivery date, please check your junk or spam folder in case your email was misdirected. We also recommend contacting your seller to ensure that they set up notifications for the right contact details. Our support team can then work with your seller to get you the notifications you’re missing.

Can I pick up my shipment at a Chit Chats drop spot?

No, Chit Chats Collect is only available for pickup in our branches and Chit Chats Lockers. This is because our drop off locations are owned and operated by third-party vendors. If you are unable to make it to one of our branches to pick up your shipment, your seller can use one of our other Canadian services like Chit Chats Select to deliver your package to your home address.
