Signing up for a Chit Chats account is completely free and there is no monthly account fee. Simply add credits to your account to pay for postage and services.
Our postage rates are determined by the service selected along with the package weight and dimensions. The weight of shipments will be determined by the greater of actual or dimensional weight.
All postage rates are displayed in CAD and for Canadian shipments, applicable taxes apply. Rates for U.S. and international postage are converted to CAD using an exchange rate secured through major banks plus a percentage of the amount converted to account for market fluctuations.

How to Pay for Shipments
Shipment fees need to be paid before dropping off your shipments to Chit Chats. In order to print the postage label you will need to go to your pending tab, select the shipments you want to pay for and then click 'Pay for Shipments' at the bottom of the page.
Be sure to have enough available credit on your account.
