If you would like to receive a refund of the available credits on your account, we encourage you to get in touch with us. However, please make sure that any outstanding postage refunds have been processed before reaching out.
To request a refund of your credits, contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:
- Your name or business name and your client ID
- The email address associated with your account
- The amount you would like to be refunded
- The payment type used to add credits to the account (i.e. credit, debit)
Your credits will be returned to you using the same payment type used to add credits. This can take up to 10 business days to be recognized by your financial institution.
