Chit Chats clients can purchase shipping supplies online at great prices from Chit Chats Supplies. Some of the shipping supplies available include:
- poly and kraft bubble mailers
- packing tape
- thermal labels
- bubble cushioning wrap*
Availability may differ by region. You can purchase supplies online using your credit card or with PayPal and have them available for free pickup at a Chit Chats branch. There are shipping options available to also have supplies delivered directly to your location**.
*Bubble cushioning wrap can only be picked up from available branches and cannot be shipped directly to you.
**Supply deliveries are not available for PO boxes and limited to some addresses.
Atlantic Canada

All Other Regions
Easily have your supplies sent to a Chit Chats branch for free pickup! Supplies are not available for pickup from our drop spot locations.
If you are a Chit Chats pickup client you have the option to have supplies delivered during your scheduled pickup. To select this option choose "Local Approved Delivery" at checkout.
How to order supplies for pickup from your branch
- Go to Chit Chats Suppliesand select your region from the drop down.
- If you’re located in the Ottawa region, make sure that you order from the Quebec store.
- Login to your account.
- Select your supplies and add them to your cart.
- Check out and select 'Branch Pickup' as your fulfillment option.
- Choose your preferred branch location and click 'Check Out'.
- Complete your transaction. You will receive an email confirming your order.
- Bring your order number when picking up from the branch. On average, orders will be fulfilled and ready for pickup at the branch in 3-4 business days.

What is your refund and exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our supplies, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except for refurbished Thermal Label Printers.
When will my order be processed?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Orders are fulfilled within 2-3 business days from the confirmation date. See the details on the supplies website for specifics on each delivery method.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
If your order ships via courier, you’ll receive an email with tracking details if applicable.
Why are boxes still out of stock?
Chit Chats Supplies boxes are not regularly stocked, so delivery can range from 1-2 weeks to up to 6 weeks depending on availability.
What are the processing times for branch pickups?
In-stock items usually reach a branch within 3-4 business days after fulfillment. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Be sure to bring your order number when you visit the branch.
Do you offer split orders?
We currently don’t offer partial fulfillment but can make exceptions. Contact us with your order number at [email protected].
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary based on destination and are estimated in business days, ranging up to 10 business days. These times are estimates and not guaranteed. For specific delivery methods, please refer to the supplies website.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the weight, dimensions, and destination.
How can I track my order if it’s shipped?
Orders shipped with Canpar can be tracked via their website. Once picked up, all tracking updates will be visible there. For further inquiries, contact Canpar support at 1-800-387-9335. If shipped with Chit Chats Select, you’ll receive a tracking number by email and can follow along for updates on our tracking page.
What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
If an item is missing, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order at [email protected], including your order number and details of the missing item(s).
