Interested in our pickup service? Eligibility for new pickup inquiries are determined by your shipment volumes, location and past shipping history. Currently our Ontario & BC region is expanding their pickup service and accepting new applications. Submit your inquiry by filling out the questions in your region's survey:

If you are located outside of our service area or in an area with no Chit Chats, we recommend scheduling a third party courier pickup or creating a mail-in.

- A minimum of 10 shipments is required for a pickup.
- Pick up fees are charged to your Chit Chats account. You can find a record of all pickup fees in your transactions.

Cancellations
If you have any changes to your regularly scheduled pickup please ensure they are submitted before 10:00 am on the day of your scheduled pickup.
We plan our pickups in advance and need time to accommodate changes. Any pickups cancelled after 10:00 am the day before your scheduled pickup will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
