Chit Chats U.S. Connect is our fully-tracked shipping option available to those who do not live near a Chit Chats location and would like to ship to their customers in the United States. With U.S. Connect, you can purchase your shipping label directly through Etsy, drop off your package at an authorized location, and let Chit Chats take care of getting it across the border and into the USPS network for delivery to your customer!
How does it work?
Purchase your label on Etsy. Select Chit Chats U.S. Connect and print your shipping label.
Drop off your package. Attach the label to your package and drop it off at an authorized location.
Chit Chats processes your package. Your package is transported to Chit Chats for processing and preparation for U.S. delivery.
USPS delivers your package. Chit Chats hands your shipment over to USPS for final delivery to your customer.
Important: Chit Chats U.S. Connect packages must be dropped off at an authorized location, not a Chit Chats location.

Are customs duties and tariffs included?
Yes. Chit Chats U.S. Connect uses Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, meaning applicable U.S. tariffs and import duties are paid as part of the shipping process rather than collected from your customer at delivery.
Your Etsy shipping quote will display the applicable postage and additional fees before purchase.
When purchasing your label, make sure you provide accurate customs information, including item descriptions, values, countries of origin and required tariff codes.
