You may not be able to see Chit Chats Canada Tracked as a postage option for your shipment for any of the following reasons.
When creating a Chit Chat account there are two options: business account and personal accounts.
At this time, the Chit Chats Canada Tracked service is only available for business accounts. This means that if you have created a personal account with Chit Chats, you will not receive a rate for your Canadian shipments. Switching to a business account is easy however, you may still use our services to economically ship items to family and friends in the U.S. and abroad with a personal account.
Unsupported package type (shipment lacks dimensions)
Shipments requiring Canadian postage need to include both weight and dimensions, even for shipments under 1 lb. Some package types do not support dimensions (i.e. letter and envelope) and as a result, you may not see you may not see Chit Chats Canada Tracked postage for these options.
You will be required to enter the weight and dimensions for all of your Canadian parcels or thick envelopes. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the weight and dimensional limits for this and other services. Dimensional weight may apply.
Weight and dimensions are too large or too small
Make sure the weight and dimensions of your shipment are within the limits for the carrier. If any one measurement is too large (or the combined measurements are too large), you will not be able to receive a postage rate. Similarly, shipments under 100 g will need to be rounded up to 100 g in order to get a postage rate. Surcharges may apply for oversized and irregular shipments.
Additional services like signature confirmation or carrier supplied packaging are not available for our Chit Chats Canada Tracked service. Selecting these services will remove the Chit Chats Canada Tracked service from your postage options.
