If you are located outside of our service area or in an area with no Chit Chats, we recommend scheduling a third party courier pickup or creating a mail-in.
We offer scheduled daily or weekly pickups from client locations within our service area. Eligibility for new pickup inquiries is determined by your shipment volumes, location and past shipping history. Depending on your region and volume, our pickup service fees will apply. Chit Chats' pickup service is available in some regions and is subject to approval. Same-day pickup requests or pickups of less than 10 shipments are not eligible at this time.
