Search on Chit Chats' Tracking Page
Whether you are a Chit Chats client or the recipient of a shipment, you can always find tracking information on Chit Chats' tracking page using the shipment ID. Learn how to search up a shipment on Chit Chats' tracking page.
For some shipments, you can also find tracking updates directly on our partner's website. All you will need is the carrier tracking number to search on the carrier’s tracking page.
Finding the carrier tracking number
On our tracking page
- Search for your shipment on our tracking page using the shipment ID.
- Once the shipment is released to our partner, the carrier tracking number, if available, will be displayed in the tracking update.
If you don’t see a carrier tracking number, the shipment may not include carrier tracking.
In your Chit Chats Account
- Log into your Chit Chats account and locate the shipment.
- The partner carrier and carrier tracking number will be displayed in the postage column after postage has been purchased for the shipment.
- Alternatively, click on the shipment. A link to the carrier tracking will be available in the right sidebar.
Accessing carrier tracking pages
Service and postage type availability may vary. Timestamps for carrier tracking events may differ from the timestamps displayed on the Chit Chats tracking page as carrier tracking events may not be displayed in your time zone.
Chit Chats U.S. Select & Chit Chats U.S. Edge
All Chit Chats U.S. Select and U.S. Edge shipments are fully tracked with delivery confirmation by USPS, our partner carrier. Find tracking updates directly on USPS’s tracking page by searching with the carrier tracking number.
USPS
You can receive direct updates from the partner carrier for any tracked shipments by searching the carrier tracking number directly on USPS’s tracking page. You can also subscribe to email and text alerts to be notified of tracking updates for your shipment.
*Note: For U.S. Edge shipments, the tracking number includes the prefix '420' with the destination Zip Code, followed by the 22-digit USPS tracking number. If you are manually entering your tracking number into your online store, please remove the first 8 digits.
Please note that full tracking with delivery confirmation is included for some but not all USPS postage types on the Chit Chats platform. Tracking is not included for USPS First Class Mail shipments (postcards, letters & flat envelopes).
