In order to pay for the shipments you create on the Chit Chats platform you will need to add credits with the payment method you've added to your account. Only one payment method can be used at a time, if you would like to add another credit or debit card you will need to update your payment information. The Chit Chats platform accepts the following Canadian and U.S. credit and debit cards:
- American Express
- Mastercard
- Visa
Some prepaid credit cards such as prepaid Visa credit cards may be accepted. Funds from U.S. cards will be converted to CAD at the time of purchase. We do not have an option for Paypal transactions.
Your payment method will only be charged when you add credits manually or through auto reload. We use Stripe, a trusted and secure payment processor, to encrypt and store your data for credit and debit card transactions. Chit Chats does not store your card information on our servers, nor do we have access to this information. You can learn more about security at Stripe.
