By connecting your Shopify account with Chit Chats, your customers can choose from deeply discounted shipping options and select a Chit Chats branch to pick up their shipment all from your store’s checkout page.
You can enable real-time shipping rates for our Chit Chats Collect service from your Shopify store in just 4 easy steps saving you and your customers both time and money on shipping!
1. While logged into your Shopify account, navigate to Settings > Shipping and Delivery > Click Manage on your existing shipping rate profile. Under “Shipping to Domestic (Canada)”, click Add Rate and set this to “Use carrier or app to calculate rates: Chit Chats (Rates provided by app)”. Save your changes to enable third-party calculated rates at checkout

2. In your Chit Chats account, go to ‘Settings’ and click ‘Sales Channel’
3. Select ‘Edit’ on your connected Shopify store
4. Click the checkbox for "Chit Chats Collect - Real Time Rates" to enable this feature for your account.
