Can't get to a Chit Chats location? No worries, you can still ship with Chit Chats!  If visiting a Chit Chats branch or drop spot isn’t convenient, you have several options for getting your Etsy shipments to us.


1. Chit Chats U.S. Connect

Shipping to the United States? Chit Chats U.S. Connect may be the easiest option. Purchase your U.S. Connect label directly through Etsy, attach it to your shipment and drop the individual package off with your local postal authority. Your shipment will then be transported to Chit Chats for processing before entering the USPS network for final delivery in the U.S.

This is a great option if you:

  • Are shipping to the U.S.

  • Don’t want to consolidate your shipments

  • Prefer to drop off individual packages with your local postal authority

There is no additional drop-off fee beyond the postage purchased through Etsy. Learn more about Chit Chats U.S. Connect


2. Chit Chats SmartDrop

Chit Chats SmartDrop lets you send your shipments to Chit Chats through a participating partner location.

Before dropping off:

  1. Place your individual Chit Chats shipments into one larger consolidated box or mailer.

  2. Make sure each shipment inside already has its own Chit Chats label.

  3. Create a free Chit Chats account and purchase a SmartDrop label.

  4. Attach the SmartDrop label to the outside of your consolidated package.

  5. Drop it off with the same participating carrier you selected when purchasing the label.

Your consolidated package will then travel to a Chit Chats facility, where we’ll open it and process the individual shipments inside. Learn more about SmartDrop

Important: SmartDrop can be used with eligible Chit Chats postage types, but Chit Chats U.S. Connect is not compatible with SmartDrop.


3. Discounted Canpar Pickups

Prefer to have your shipments picked up? You can schedule a discounted Canpar pickup through your free Chit Chats account.

Before your pickup:

  1. Consolidate your individual Chit Chats shipments into one larger box or mailer.

  2. Make sure each shipment inside has its own Chit Chats label.

  3. Create a free Chit Chats account and purchase your Canpar pickup label.

  4. Schedule your pickup and attach the Canpar label to the outside of the consolidated package.

  5. Give the package to the Canpar driver at the scheduled pickup time.

Canpar will transport your package to a Chit Chats facility, where we’ll process the individual shipments inside. Learn more about Canpar pickups


Note: To access Chit Chats’ discounted Canpar rates, the pickup label must be purchased through your Chit Chats account. Labels purchased directly from Canpar are not eligible for our discounted rates.


4. Mail in your shipments

Already have a carrier you prefer? You can also mail your consolidated shipments directly to Chit Chats. You can use a shipping company of your choice to get your consolidated shipments to us. 

First, place your individual shipments into one larger package and make sure each shipment inside already has its own Chit Chats shipping label.

You can then send your consolidated package to the applicable Chit Chats hub:

Once your package arrives, our team will open it, process the individual shipments and get them on their way to their final destinations.
