Delivery times are always estimated and never guaranteed. As we head into peak season, shipment volumes will increase. And with safety measures still in place for COVID-19, shipment processing times will feel this impact. We appreciate your patience as we do our best to process your shipments as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipments received in one of our branches or drop spots (before the cut-off time) are processed by Chit Chats within one to two business days. In the event of a processing delay caused by unexpected circumstances beyond our control, notification may not be provided as shipments will be processed as quickly as possible (i.e. compliance concerns such as prohibited or hazardous items, customs delays, inclement weather, value discrepancies, operational challenges, etc.).
After processing, we deliver Asendia and UPS MI shipments to our partner carriers twice a week. All other shipments are handed off the following business day, Monday through Friday. The exception is USPS as this is the only carrier that accepts packages on Saturdays.
