Chit Chats offers exclusive discounted rates to print postage for the clients who use our services. We partner with carriers to be able to provide you with these discounted rates.
After we receive your shipments at one of our Chit Chats locations, we process, sort and release them to our partner carriers. Our partner carriers are then responsible for handling the final delivery to your customer. For this reason all postage printed through Chit Chats must be brought to one of our locations rather than to the carrier e.g. Canada Post, USPS.
Exception: Shipments using Chit Chats U.S. Connect should be dropped off at your local Canada Post. This service is designed for customers who do not live near a Chit Chats location or drop spot. For all other services, if you are not near a Chit Chats location, please use Chit Chats SmartDrop, Canpar, or your preferred courier to send your shipments to us. Please note that these options require you to consolidate your Chit Chats shipments into a larger box or container.
Taking shipments directly to the carrier could mean that your shipment will have the wrong postage rate. This can result in postage adjustments for your shipments and we may charge an administrative fee for the processing error. Please refer to our Terms of Service for more information on the scope of our services.
