Postal carriers such as USPS provide tracking for a majority of their services. If the postage you purchase on Chit Chats is eligible for carrier tracking, you will immediately receive a tracking number for the shipment.
Tracking updates from the carrier will be displayed within your Chit Chats account alongside Chit Chats tracking updates. However, it is also possible to view updates directly from the carrier. Either enter the shipment tracking number into the carrier’s website or follow the link from the shipment details within your Chit Chats account.

Depending on the service, carrier tracking may be either full or partial.
Full Carrier Tracking
Tracking updates for the shipment will be available after being inducted with the carrier and will continue to update until final delivery.
Partial Carrier Tracking
Tracking updates for the shipment will be available after being inducted with the carrier but will not update upon final delivery. In this case, delivery of the shipment is assumed.
The amount of tracking updates made available may vary based on carrier, service and even destination.
