Your client ID is your unique identifier that helps us quickly recognize your Chit Chats account. It is a six digit number that can be found on your Dashboard (left side bar or top right drop-down menu).
Or find your client ID by going to your Settings > Account > Client ID.
You'll need your client ID when:
- Contacting our support team
- Using a drop spot
- Accessing your API token
- Providing a return address for your customer returns
If Chit Chats manages your U.S. and international returns, your client ID will appear in the return address of your postage labels. Return address names longer than 35 characters will be truncated.
