Some shippers provide their customers with return postage labels in case a recipient needs to initiate a customer return. Currently, return labels for recipients cannot be created through your Chit Chats account.

Postage purchased on the Chit Chats platform uses a region-specific induction address to calculate the best zone-based postage rates for your shipments. This induction address is not the same as the return address and cannot be altered for our postage. You cannot change the return address for the purpose of creating a return postage label. This will result in the incorrect postage rate being applied to your shipments. 

If you have access to a third party postage provider and would like to provide return labels to your customers, you can include the postage label within your shipment. However, if Chit Chats manages your returns at our U.S. return address, return fees will apply. 

Please ensure that your return postage labels include your client ID and business name if sent back to our U.S. address. All return shipments must be able to be associated with a Chit Chats account (either with client ID or client account name). If a return is unidentifiable or cannot be associated with an account, it will be disposed of or rejected.
